What is probably the hardest dive you can do in diving?

You know the sport called diving? It is a really hard sport! What is the hardest dive?

on Springboard the highest possible difficulty dive is the
3 meter 409C Inward 4 ½ Somersault at 4.2 dd but ive never seen it done. The next is the 5339D Reverse 1 ½ Somersault 4 ½ Twister dive off of a 3 meter board at 3.7 dd. The inward 405B 1 & 3 meters dive Pagglio mentioned is the one youre more likely to see someone actually do though unless youre at a major diving event. the link to the FINA dd dive chart is below.

There are several 10 meter tower (platform)dives that are 3.7 dd and in general Tower or "Platform" diving is the more dangerous to dive.

    Inward 2-1/2 Somesault Pike
Degree of Difficultly = 3.4 off the one meter; 3.0 off the three meter.

Make it a 3-1/2 and now your talking hard…
