Whoever answers will be able to put you through to the student certifications department. Have the temporary card to hand if you need to call, because it will be easier to track down your records if you can tell them where you were certified (dive centre name/number), and who certified you (instructor name/number). Upon completing the course, you should have received a temporary card. That card is good for 90 days (about 12 weeks).
