What are the best diving locations, and the best places to learn scuba?

I want to scuba dive for the first time. I can go anywhere in the world. Where should I go?

Cozumel, Mexico. Absolutly beautiful, tons of fish and reefs that are nat. parks. So much beauty we went right behind our hotel, right off the beach. You can take lessons there in the pools of the hotlels.

    Personally I prefer Hawaii, because it has got good infrastructure, very good US instructors and most of the things divers like to see Mantas, sharks, turtles, etc. Also it has got a number of species totally unique to Hawaii. But Cozumel is also great + there is cave diving nearby. So its your choice.
